The personal touch, I feel like a person not an ID number at a WAHA desk. There is open communication an excellent atmosphere and it's the first time in my life I like coming to work :)

I work in the complaints department, and love my work, but I would like to get higher compensation (+10% of my salary as an increase for the whole CPL department) than I do, seeing that this is an executive position. Bonuses should be paid out on the UP card to avoid 60% taxation...
