
They should raise our salaries
Better salary, better tools, etc.
We are always Open to feedback and don't hesitate to help to each other when needed.
Every month we get more extra job to handle without being economically compensated. I consider we as employees should get a raise in our base salary just like other BPO companies are doing.
Give more growth opportunities to those who deserve it, not just because some of them are "popular" among the management Team. There is a Lot of potential being rejected because they don't have the chance to prove it.
