Accepting that every person is different. They all have different personalities and hobbies but the fact a coworker is different, does not mean they need to isolate him and not to include him in the activities and not to take into account his opinions.

We need to be involved in different projects to develop our skills and show what we got. Also, we need team building activities where all the interests, likes, and dislikes of the team are taken into consideration and not to assume that the same activity will fit all.
