I feel my experience has been fluctuant. I have had great people as OMs such as Ken Caldera and Syndi Hernandez. However lately I have not felt part of this company anymore. I feel that due to the lack of coaches available, we are burned out. And if one of us gets sick, we need to cover them

People Skill and motivating their employees to build loyalty. This type of job is enough stressing to put more unnecessary preassure.

Other companies within the same industries are receiving a better salary and also better benefits such as insurance for them and their families.

I like that we are very organized. Working with Syndi Hernandez has been great, she teaches us when there is something unknown however the rest of the managers just stay in their office all day long.
Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?
I feel that they are feeling tired therefore they are leaving the company and they are also not complying with their completions. To improve this, we need to have more people for the coach position to remove some stress.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
The closing schedule is hard and we proposed to OMtt Maria Miranda to rotate us but this was not taken into account. Also it does not feel as a team. Coaches are leaving due to the amount of job we have. We love this account but there is so much to do that it is impossible to handle.
