It was a great experience but it’s not enough for an employee to stay longer when you’re not valued, employees should be motivated and they should grow individually and have opportunities in their car

The company should be providing additional yearly pay for those employee who stayed in the company for too long, new hires where provided higher salary than those who stayed and work in the company for years.

Team Leader should learn how to stand for the team and will not only rely on managers. Managers should not act like a team leader. Company should compensate more the employees who stayed and not those who just entered.
