I'm grateful with the experiences, learnings, diversity, culture, and the people in the company. For almost 6 years, I feel that my job is secured. I was able to invest in materials that my family needs. Also, I'm enjoying the opportunity to work from home. I'm thankful for this set up. Godbless!

The team manager is not pressuring us the way team account manager does.

I'm an incentive driven person and hitting the quota of each metric attributes is what makes me happy because in this way there will be an additional to my salary pay.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because with my tenurity of almost 6 years, the compensation didn't align to the task we do. We are hybrid agents and daily our task is inbound, outbound, chat, and webforms and the pay didn't justify. It's only good for single people but for married, it's really not enough.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
They should look us as a person not a robot. If we feel sick they should allow us to file sick leave but it our team, it's not how it works but instead they force us to work because they're afraid to compromise the teams productive hours. Also, the compensation doesn't aligned to the duties we do.
