I love Foundever, it's a great company to start and to grow as a person. I really want the best for the company but sometimes it seems it is not improving. I want the company be the same or better than it was before.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The people are very polite and it makes you feel more confident. The coaches and higher position workers help us when we need it or they try to find a solution at least.

My team is very united, so we used to help each other with any doubt related to the job. We try to have a good environment and make the working hours a little bit funnier.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
Sometimes the work is a little repetitive as a routine. It would be awesome to have more activities like raffles; another idea, you can add a daily game in EverConnect like crosswords. I understand we should not play while working but sometimes it's necessary. A daily game is a great idea.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
A higher payment to make the company more competitive as it used to be. A lot of people from San Ramon, Naranjo, Palmares and Grecia work here, so I consider we need a transport as the people who live in the GAM since we are as valuable as they are. Also it would be good to have more benefits.
