Eversince I was recruited to these days I am very proud of my choice. Even if I am not living alone as I planned this job makes my life balanced, it makes the days interesting and fun and it takes me closer to my mid-term goals I feel.

I like to see that most of them seem kind, active and positive. I like that most of the company reflects kindness, empathy and somewhat things in mindfullness which include emotional maturity and non-violent communication
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
This is one of the few companies which give special funds for food and basic needs. Moreover we have a platform for phsycological help. I have seen that an university offers certain advantages but I must consult more information about it.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
It is entirely the opposite to my previous environments and quite different from my negative experiences in university. If I am stressed it is not such a big load of worries, I don't feel the weith of expectations and criticism. I am confortable with the tasks I have moreover.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
I know most of them by our first vis-a-vis interaction. We all treat each other very well and some of them are already good friends who frequent each other. Personally I like to feel respected and assisted and I like to interact with mates and leads from other cities just like if they were here.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I am happy to work with patience, not having to force my interactions with my customers and having time to write my answers ad hoc to the feelings and phrases expressed by my customers. I am able to work reading and writing which I like the most. My team-mates are funny, kind and helpful. Etc.
