Attitude of "I'm better then you" has development lately in certain team members, Favouritism of certain members means my manager does not pick up on inappropriate behaviours, believes them to be "charm"

Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?

Consistent in their message asking us to "weather the storm". Not getting our hopes up for a better year next year. I already know I will not be earning more then Min wage come April or getting any further in my career

Valuing they staff Retaining existing and getting new clients in the UK Not cutting staff perks Planning company structure before making people redundant Would be nice to know what my job role will entail and who I will be report to in January

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

Terrible uncomfortable office environment. Lighting causes eye stain, and headaches how many people. No quite or light controlled places to have breaks, all lights are on sensors, unable to switch off. Noise levels! No flexible working or WFH available for my job role, will no reasons given why.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Not a competitive wage, paid min wage when the same role in other companies are paying a lot more. The only real "perk" was the holiday purchase scheme, support staff have now had this taken away as we are not paid enough to opt in for 2025. Apprenticeships have been stopped so no people development
