Happy with my independence and the trust at what i do but there are so many broken processes that need to be fixed. I understand the need to streamline but other centers are unique and require tailored-fit approaches inorder for the business to thrive

High focus on financials is understandable but pushing for unrealistic targets is impacting our strategies and putting the leaders on the ground on a very tight situation.

not for me but for our agents here in Palawan. They are earning very low salary not even enough to get by as cost of living despite it being outside NCR is very high.
