At my previous work place the salary would increase by 5% every year to compensate the inflation rate. That was very good. Few years ago I would consider my salary as high, now without any increase and everything getting more expensive the minimum wage will soon reach my current salary.

It's been a long time without no salary increase. There was supposed to be 2 this year and we haven't heard anything .sad.
