Sitel is a great company to work for because it is global and powerful, so unlikely to encounter any scenarios where work may not be possible. As an agent I was incredibly happy and would 100% recommend it, Manager and up gets tricky, but employment is pretty much guaranteed.

Sitel is outwardly inclusive and had frameworks to support that. Standards and frameworks used for mental well being, physical health, engagement etc are always well thought through.

My team mates take loyalty and handwork to a new level, despite many valid frustrations they never give up and have never dropped the ball. Great colleagues, better humans.

from my perspective, the budget never seems fairly allocated for dedicated positions and is always levied as an excuse for not paying more, yet always room to hire new positions. We don't pay for skill and intuition, we pay for experience and popularity which often fails us.
