Leadership Team means a collaboration between a reasonable leader and cooperative members. The best thing for me in leadership team is the communication and engagement that we put in together to make a strong and dominant TEAM.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
In the comparison of BPO Companies here in Baguio, Philippines - Sitel has the lowest rate when it comes to salary for all agents. I recommend if possible they can at least increase the salary up to 10-15% from our basic pay.
