It's getting worse. Years ago (until 2015/2016) I appreciated the culture at my site and I enjoyed going to work. Meantime my feeling: it's opportunistic & insider relationship from top (MD) to bottom (Site, HRM, LM). Short term no problem, mid-/long-termed I have some doubts reg sustainability.

Understand GOS and its principles. Almost everything is 'tick the box', quantity, not quality. I do not feel very respected and I'm suffering under decisions taken from my leadership team, which clearly influence my project negatively.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Salary increases almost impossible. From line manager there's always a "proper" reason to reject it. Life became more expensive since 2015, salary remains on old level. NH management from external start with higher salaries. Line Manager takes decision with negative impact to my project financials
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
In my site (DUS) I can see only very few positive things (building/location). Environment/culture is oportunistic. Be bold (raise your concerns in a constructive way) is a kind of NoGo --> it's more about saying "Yes", "no problem", "everything will be good". This is not the necessary basis for CI
