Better compensation especially at the rank and file level, better communication about goals and changes especially related to COVID-19 mitigation strategies, retention of legacy benefits like Executive Check-Ups/APE for managers and the Early Retirement Benefit.

Even though some actions were taken in 2019 towards more competitive compensation and benefits packages, these still seem to be lower salary rates and more limited benefits packages when compared to other major BPO organizations.
