However, it's being great so far one year ago things started to change and SITEL did not. We are way behind compare to other BPOs.

The people! Here we have very talented people.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I'm an OMTT with OM responsibilities. This to say, SITEL should pay their people for their skills no matter how big or small the campaign is. Having a small account does not mean you are doing less.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
We are resourceful, always thinking ahead of time and doing what is even out of our hands to make things happen. We become anything we need to become (IT, psychology, coaches, CI, RTA, QAs), even if is not our job.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
I'm no longer engaged with SITEL, my people are my engine. I'm disappointed about how much we tell to be people first, but in reality, is just about numbers. Virtuality changed everything, but we keep on seeing things like if we were B&M. There is no balance between money and humanity!
