The company has gone through a culture transformation in the last few years and it shows. Attrition is down, leaders are developing their people more, and the culture has shifted to a positive yet challenging environment.

The diverse nature of my work. I am able to work on strategy plans, marketing, sales, and more. I am constantly challenged and constantly learning on new ways I can improve a process at our company.

They are approachable. I feel like I can talk to anyone in leadership which is just incredible when you're in such a large company. I feel seen and valued, and they have done an incredible job living our company values.

One of our top company value's is "everyone matters." I think the best thing about our culture is that the company recognizes the importance of that phrase and continuously pushes to improve the environment so everyone feels valued and developed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be given raises instead of very spaced out promotions where you have to fight to even get a raise then. I want the company to value me and be more market competitive and fair about rates and financial growth.
