I came from a different career path prior to joining insight global that had a glass ceiling and is very difficult to gain upward mobility. On top of that there was no work-life balance and compensation was far lower than were it needed to be. I feel so much more valued and important at IG!

I truly love working at IG, I think there are so many components as to why but the number one would be the people and the growth opportunity!
