I have really enjoyed my time at Lamar. The work culture is amazing and everyone is open and willing to talk about a variety of topics. I also love seeing how diverse our work culture is and knowing that I work for such company makes me feel great.

Before working for Lamar, I worked in the government and had seen big companies and corporations as toxic. However, once I started at Lamar, the reality was the complete opposite. Everyone I have met here has been so kind and amazing as well as great at what they do.

Working at Lamar has helped me flourish in my personal and professional life by exposing me to great people and networking events. I feel comfortable and safe going to my office and enjoy the company of my workers. This is the best company I have ever worked for and truly feel like I finally fit in.
