We are supported every step of the way and our supervisors let us do our job without being too invasive.

They are always encouraging us and when sales are down, they are gently nudging us and keeping a great, positive atmosphere in the work environment.

We all care about each other's successes. Everyone supports each other and we can go to our colleagues at any time for advice or recommendations building our business.

We have opportunities a couple of times a year to make more commission with holiday contests. However, the salary is still 20% lower than when I first started nearly 10 years ago.

The culture that is built here at Lamar is more like a family and it shows throughout the organization. Just take a look at all the long time employees here. That matters!

Everyone seems to care about you from the top down. Even when our meetings are serious due to sale being slow, the way the message is delivered shows that the executive team cares about the employees.

I rarely interact with my supervisor unless I need HIM. He allows me to run my business and grow my market. But when I do need him, he is there with ideas I hadn't yet thought of.
