The company as a whole is a great company- our plant level is not. Management is better than in years past but in a different way. Management now is untrustworthy, cheap as heck and doesn't care about anything but the bottom line.
The corporate exeuctive team is great. Training materials are great. Seems leadership is very good. However, at a local plant level, a lot to do to get up to par with what corporate seems to be trying to do. Our plant is extremely cheap.
Insurance benefits are good, fair pricing.
Most of my colleagues are friendly
Discussing opportunities with a wide variety of clients.
Dealing with different people each day
Friendly people - I can't think of more right now
Some are easy to get along with and honest. Some are not.
I would say the people employed are mostly good people, hard workers.
Pretty good staff of people. Kind people. Management just doesn't care about them.
Insurance is pretty good. Car allowance needs to be raised and GET WITH THE TIMES!!
Insurance is decent, not great but decent. Car allowance is abysmal and a disgrace.
Transparency and honesty. Along with benefits such as car allowance. Abysmal below the national standard by a LOT and hasn't changed in over 15 years!
Corporate staff that we interact with seem to be a good, valuable resource. Respond to issues quickly as well. To have a good corporate staff is very important.
Our plant level management is non communicative, tells us lies often, and is the cheapest management I've ever had. They barely want to give a reimbursement for ONE Christmas gift to a BIG client, let alone anything to their staff. It's shameful!
Leadership is smart and comes up with good strategies. However, they are very cheap; vegetation and issues with billboards are last on their list. Up front communication about these issues is very poor as well. They also don't spend on us with any "Thank yous" for the year.
