Good communication. We all work hard and are focused, but can also chat about non-work related things when the time is right.

They treat everyone the same, no matter what position they hold with Lamar. They are also always willing to teach and help employees grow.

If you make a mistake, the managers use it as a teaching moment, not to make you feel bad. Also everyone is supportive of each other here.

Great communication. They let you know when you're doing a good job and actually appreciate you. They're always willing to teach and help you grow as an employee.
