Everyone has an expertise that they bring to the table. Working together for a common goal and communication gives everyone a sense of accomplishment. That alone is paramount in the workplace.

Again we all work together. If someone has an issue we all step up and step in to resolve the issue. Last week I had an emergency situation and had to go out of town. My GM was very understanding and and it made it easier to deal with knowing I had the support.
