My journey started out well and inwas gunhoe. I was more jazzed to here them wanting implement Kainen. Once I got hurt my journey went down hill seems like I'm being picked on. I have been given no opportunity to get additional certification and management seems to have there picked individuals .

We should get paid hazard pay..as you preach operations is the heart of the company we are the least paid...maybe we should also get a bit commission for what we post.

When management not involved we all work good together..but management always seems to choose whether want to get certs and creates havoc between the team..there should be more stricture and everyone should have an opportunity..
