I love my job. Period. But nothing is perfect and work is still work. I've been with Lamar almost 5 years. I want to stay with Lamar, but I also wish I got paid more.

We all get along swimmingly.

We all get along very well. We can be serious and get the job done, and we can be silly towards each other without anyone getting offended. It's a good work environment.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
Having a busy day and getting everything posted before quitting time! I enjoy being busy because I'm a busy body. It's rewarding when I have 10-12 posters to do and I get them done! It's a pat on the back for me.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because I do everything by myself! I like being by myself and I feel as though I have something to prove because I am a girl in operations. If I got paid more, then I would feel like I'm being compensated for all the extra work that I do.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
I'm not sure who the leadership team is. My GM? My OM? I like them both. They're great managers to work under. I love my job! I dislike that I do more of the work load than my ops coworkers. I see myself as a leader because I get shit done! I stay busy and I ALWAYS do the extra--nobody wants to do.
