I have only been with Lamar for a little over a year. So far it has been a very enjoyable experience. Everyone in the office is kind and they work hard.

One thing that makes me most happy at work would be the success of the team. It is really awesome to see everyone's hard work pay off.

One thing that I truly enjoy about working from Lamar is that the Managers make it clear what is expected but also ensure that it is done/ managed in a friendly way. It's amazing that they're able to keep everyone on track while also still handling every situation with kindness.
