At Lamar, all of the leadership is accessible. If I called our CEO tomorrow, he would pick up the phone and have a conversation with me.

I like having the ability to purchase Lamar stock. It is a great investment not only in my company, but in myself. It motivates me to make the company more profitable so I too can reap those benefits in the long term from my stock investment.

I really enjoy that I have a voice in the future of this company. I have been asked to contribute to many of the products/programs that have been developed over the years. Having engagement in such things really makes me feel part of something bigger than myself and my job.

I have been in the work force for over 20 years. Lamar, by far, has the best company culture that I have ever experienced. They do not manage with fear and punishment. Rather the company embraces new ideas and contributions from it's employees with the goal of building a better workplace.
