It is very fast paced. We have very large numbers to hit. A lot of focus to keep doing more to hit the numbers. I am grateful for the support staff that tries their best to help so you can keep moving forward and getting more sales.

The supporting people, Charting Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager. Sales & Campaign Coordinators are always willing to help.

We have a great strong sales team. Everyone is supportive of each other and encouraging. We also have great Sales & Campaign coordinators.

They are trying to promote more Women. I think they realized how there were way more men than women. Lamar has a lot of very capable smart women who are finally getting recognized and promoted.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Commission plans and bonuses seem to change and get cut back without justification. Goals get raised higher and higher and sometimes are unrealistic. The higher ups get a lot of pay and a lot of bonus while the sales people get less.
