Disappointing in recent years. A real lack of knowledge of what truly goes on in the field and offices with arbitrary decisions and policy made every day. And disappointed that an Assistant Operations Manager is considered more important to day to day operations than a Business Manager

So far, working at Lamar has been everything I could have hoped for when moving back to the corporate sector. I believe Lamar does everything it can to improve the lives and skills of its employees.
