I really like my job and this company, but the fact that management can change the pay structure at any time is not ok (3 changes in the last 4 years at my plant and every change I got paid less even though I was bringing in substantially more money for the company). Sales needs to be paid more.

They're like a second family. We all get along and do things outside of work. I have nothing bad to say about any of my coworkers.

When I get on a sales kick and there's contracts flying out the door left and right. I enjoy seeing my numbers go up and hitting goals

The best thing is when management doesn't micromanage, especially the sales team. We were hired for a reason, so trust us to do our job. When management gets way too involved in day to day things, that hurts the culture.

Paying us a good commission. Lamar is a good company. I like my job, and am invested in it. However, they do not pay salespeople what we should be making, especially considering how well the company overall is doing. That's because of us, the sales team. Paycheck to paycheck isn't cutting it.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Higher base pay and commission rate. I have consistently, year after year, grown my book of business exponentially. I'm in the top 50 reps in the country based on opportunities closed since Jan. 1st, but I'm nowhere close to the income I need to make just to afford the basics in life.
