I love working for Lamar, to be clear some of my andwers are based in the fact we are in a small market.... that said my opportunities for advancement are small unless i relocate, however i am afforded the opportuntiy to do very well as its nit a "saturated" market woth competition.

They seem to care about the work/life balance. Lamar is hands doen the best company for feeling like i have some say in my day and that ive ever worked for.
