We have a high attention to quality, and spend a good amount of time reviewing each other's work in order to improve both the team and the product.

I enjoy the fact that everything we do is focused on the long-term. We don't take shortcuts in quality, we do things the right way. This particularly applies to work-life balance.

I liked that they took me to lunch and let me ask them a bunch of questions. They emphasized that lunch was for me to ask them questions, that they wouldn't ask me any questions until after lunch. It really put me at ease and I was more comfortable for the rest of the interview.
