Being fairly new to the company, what drew me the most to Medela was the culture. I was looking for an atmosphere of family and I found that with Medela.

Everyone is very personable, all the way up to the CEO. I was very picky which company I wanted to work for and Medela had checked all my boxes. It's important to be customer focused, but also be employee focused.

After having struggled with negativity on the team, it is now gone and it feels like a huge cloud has been lifted. I think we are in a much better place today and we immediately felt the change in the department. We look forward to bringing our team to the next level.
