Everyone is positive and invested in the company and the team. People genuinely work together and don't throw co-workers under the bus the way they typically do in corporate environments.

They are truly invested in the employees and actually practice the transparency that they talk about. I have been at many other companies where the leadership claims to be transparent, but clearly are the opposite. It is soooo refreshing to see a leadership team that actually follows through!!!
