Unlimited sick days take away a lot of stress that sicknesses can cause. I think people use less sick days when they are offered this and definitely don?

Being around the people that have become more like family/friends. I also really LOVE the fact that I get to help moms with their breastfeeding journey! I was extremely passionate about breastfeeding even before I worked here!

They are all very friendly and easy to get along with. They are laid back and really seem to enjoy working at Medela. They fully believe in Medela and their products. They spread positivity with their smiles, which makes coming to work that much more enjoyable!
