401K, Pension, Holidays, generous time off from day 1, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision insurance with cost savings programs for procedures, prescriptions, etc. Employee events throughout the year, scholarship program & 16-week parental leave - just to name some of the benefits.

I appreciate many offerings but I would say the 401K, Pension and the generous time off. I also like the fact that Medela is constantly looking for new/improved benefits and consider suggestions by it's employees even if it is not possible to accommodate all.
