I enjoy working at Medela because of challenges, being able able to work in global environment, lots of opportunities to learn. However, sometimes there is no work/life balance because we put in 12-14 hour days.

The positive is that I am very happy with the challenge and work, I am very happy with the people I work with. The one thing that I don't like is that there is no work/life balance.

Happy with the work and people. Would be nice if we get more vacation days with the amount of work we put in.
