I always try to come to work with a positive mindset but there are just some coworkers that like to think they have more power than they actually do. I do wish they would move is around more in production. Being stuck on the same line everyday is what makes it hard and sometimes not want to come in.

For the most part I would say the environment is pretty laid back.

For the most part I enjoy working with everyone but there is some people that don't have the title but they like to over step.

I know that as a temp they don't get the benefits that Medela employees get but I don't agree with the fact that someone whose barely started gets more pay than someone who has been here for four years!
