Medela has changed since I first started, I feel like we do more and more for the company and we are not appreciated. I explained about the life balance and all I get is you shouldn't be working that long but yet the work is expected to be done and reflects on you if it isn't done. Makes it hard.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I felt very undervalued as an employee for the last 2 years, I work 12-14 hours everyday and there is not enough people in this department to get all the work done. I have worked these hours now for 2 years and has gotten worse with SAP. The pay doesn't even compensate for the all the hours I work.
