There are people and scheduling issues that keep me challenged but overall I believe it is balanced enough where I can tackle those issues and yet still get my job done thoroughly.

They care about the employees by understanding that since we have to work during this COVID-19 crisis, they provide the hourly employees hazard pay and provide free lunch once a week with a raffle for 10 people to win $25 gift cards.
