overall I believe that Medela is a great work environment, very clean and efficient. However, my reservations rest on the lack of communication and feedback sent to us as employees. The lack of incentives are also a setback and the reason why some people are hesitant to gain new responsibilities.

I feel that the company really does care about mothers and their babies. As a whole, we care a lot about our product and quality is of high importance.

I feel that there is a lack of communication between management and other employees. We are expected to learn new skills or take on new tasks and many times without financial incentives.
