Overall, I am satisfied with my experience at this company. I started as a temporary employee over 6 years ago and within those six years I have been able to move to a spot that I am happy with. The company has given me areas to learn and grow from. I hope I can continue this path within.

the atmosphere is open and friendly. We work well as a team and help eachother out when needed.

Not everyone is the same. There are different personalities and cultures in which makes it a diverse positive environment.

My confidence that i can complete my job to help aid babies in need or assistance in their feeding journey.

the leadership team takes care of us not only as an employee, but as if we are family. They attend to our needs and safety.

Being at work i am comfortable with all my coworkers. I enjoy doing my job and i am happy that I have the flexibility to come in early and leave before 2pm, so I can spend time with my son.

I feel others go out of their way with out being told by maangedment while others take advantage of the time at work and don't use it wisely. Some exceed expectations, yet get paid the same as the ones who aren't willing to go above and beyond.
