Overall, I like working here. I think communication can be improved overall everywhere, as well as training processes, but overall I like my job.

Specifically, my manager really shows they care about me. They are always completely honest and transparent with me, and always empathize with me.

Insurance is great; the medication I have to take for my disability is very expensive, but the insurance I have through Medela covers it.

For the most part, there's a good amount of help in chat. I'd say there's more help now than there was when I first started.

Everyone is pretty nice and accepting. We have a nonbinary person as part of our team, and everyone is super accepting of using the proper pronouns.

Everyone is nice and supportive to each other. I have seen other teams talk behind each others backs and say mean things, but my team has never done that.

I like making customers unexpectedly happy. When they call in, they don't usually expect the amount of help and support we give them, so they are usually pleasantly surprised.

The benefits are fantastic. I have a disability, so I have enough PTO to cover my doctor's appointments I have to go to; plus, insurance covers my medicine that would be horribly expensive otherwise.
