We have a very open and support culture within our team. I feel comfortable to openly discuss challenges and successes, and ask for advice and support when needed. Also, there is a great sense of humour!

I really appreciate the level of transparency the leadership provides over the whole company. I feel the communication of the direction in which the company is being steered is strong and issues and challenges are discussed as needed.
