I feel that I'm bored most of the time at work, not because theres no work but because the work itself is rather repetative and mundane.

They're understanding when it comes to their employees needs. They're also very good about coming to us for feed back about what is and isn't working on the production lines.

We all understand that at work we are a team and we know we can count on one another when we need help. Everyone is very willing and open to lending a helping hand when they see someone struggling.

I've worked for Medela for 3 1/2 years and the only time I've gotten a raise is through a promotion. We haven't been recieving our yearly raises for the past couple years and temps that are being hired on now make nearly as much as i do.
