I have experience with many companies and I can say at here it has competitive C&B if compare with other. Colleague is friendly (except some those may taking long long service may challenge you and that's normal as it also happen in other company) . They treat to employee fairness and always support

Join here 4 years and I can say among other company those I have join before , Nu Skin is the best not only for C&B (which competitive in market) but also people in workplace is good relationship. We care each other and also we do for social/community too.

We treat each other a a family member. and we also do a force for good to take care community

Leadership team are caring about people in organization and try to do the best way those balance both business benefit and keep employee morale.

Incentive & Bonus as it has quarterly incentive to drive us short time and also has bonus to keep us at the end of the year

Teamwork and willing to support at any time. maybe sometimes he or she may not concentrate or loose focus on his/her role but when I remind or asking for help , they always support.

Care. people here always care about other not only customer but also colleague. It's may derive from the core value " A Force for Good" then they always do everything that is good to all stakeholders
What makes you most happy at work?
When we can work from home as we also can manage our job without cost of travelling , time usage on travelling, can spend time more with family while working. And company also provide all facility to support. I can focus my job more than work in office because there less interrupted
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From salary survey with role and responsible that I have handle at this moment while the company has freeze some position in team then I take more responsible than when I accepted hiring. 2 choices for company : Hiring another 1 position in team or promote me to getting higher position and pay.
