My manager is always quick to recognize and praise good work, and is constructive when providing feedback on what I can do better. I actually enjoy meetings about the quality of my work and I always leave feeling prepared to do better.
I'm effectively making less than I was in my entry position at RDC. I'm taking on more work load, more specialized projects, and making the same hourly wage. I would appreciate more emphasis on PTO and mental health days to help alleviate burn out.
