I am fairly new to the company (5 Months). But I feel as though I am appreciated and that I am not the only one that is invested in my success with the company. Overall my experience has been great. I look forward to a long career with the company.

I enjoy the benefits of the company, though I wish there were some more. I feel as the departments that do not have to communicate with the customers, do not communicate clearly or quickly enough about inquiries made on the customers behalf. Request for clarification results in the same response.

They communicate very well. Better than most companies that I have worked for. They seem to be invested in everyone's success, not just the company or their own. They have done an amazing job of recognizing potential talent.

system issues that create customer issues. Poor interdepartmental communication results in frustrated customers. Issues taking too long to resolve and little or no explanation for those of us that are required to deal with the customers anger and frustration.

too many irate customers. Issues not being resolved in timely manner. Non customer facing roles do not provide adequate explanantion for issue or for any of the work that they process. When asked by customer why issue or work was done customer facing roles are left with no way to explain clearly.
