
Responsibilities need to match the pay
The comradery between a largely diverse group of people!
I think they have done a wonderful job dealing with the difficulties of running our company, especially under the circumstances of the times we are living in. It has been great to be able to put faces to their names and regular updates.
Being a Customer Service Rep, our small specialty team is responsible for roles exceeding this title and pay rate (ex: compile mass amounts of feedback and work closely with engineers to correct both website and app issues, & more). The role expectations do not match the pay or opportunity.
A majority of my team cares more than an average employee and goes above and beyond to make the company values a reality. I can count on the majority to take pride in their work and not just consider themselves, but strive to make the job as productive & efficient for the whole. Also our manager!
