I really enjoy this job, good work life balance and I don't have to bring work home with me, meaning I can stop thinking about work once I am off the clock, it doesn't stress me out when I am not working. I do feel pressure to meet MPS and there are times I am stressed because I am worried about MPS

Ive been here a little over a year I love the simplicity of the job and my team but I don't like feeling like I may lose my job if I dont hit MPS Sometimes I have things going on in my personal life that make it hard to perform at work and recently I have had a lot on my plate and dont like worrying

My team, they really are the best.

I don't think I've met a person here who doesn't seem to care, whether it's about their job, their peers/coworkers, making in a difference in people's lives. It is a great atmosphere.

I like they they are open to feedback and seem to actually care about what employees have to say and show an effort to make reasonable improvements and changes based off of that feedback.

I love that I get 1000 from the company added to my HSA each year and the employer contribution towards insurance premiums is very generous and really helps me to afford health care for myself and my family.

My team is so supportive and encouraging of each other. If anyone has a question we all make sure they get the answer and understand the why behind certain things. We have great camaraderie and are truly there for each other.

The most positive thing about this company is things like this survey. Surveys happen all the time and I love that the company is trying to see how it's employees feel about things and take them into consideration and make appropriate changes when necessary.

I like that they listen to feedback from employees and actually take it into consideration and when it makes sense they make changes. I have worked so many other places where they ask our opinions and then it's like they don't even care what we had to say and no one feels heard or understood.

I love that 1k a year is added to my HSA by the company and I love that such a large portion of my health insurance is paid by the company. This makes it really affordable to have my family's medical needs covered and I still get a great pay check after my portion is taken out.

We have great camaraderie and tell lots of dad jokes in our group chat on slack. Our team is always there to support each other, lift each other up when we are having a bad day and give encouragement when we are having high dials and low activities. There is always someone there to go to for advice.

My coworkers and manager and the times I get a really great consumer on the line. Yesterday I had a guy who was very rude to me and the very next call was a guy who was so positive and nice, it almost made me cry how cheerful he was. It was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits after the bad call
